Rick’s career has spanned three decades and seen him lead Canadian divisions for multi-nationals based in Japan (Matsushita Group), France, (Schneider), USA (Emerson), and Germany (Phoenix Contact).
An experienced and successful sales and leadership advisor who combines strong mentoring skills along with coaching tactics with real world knowledge to assist individuals and organizations alike break through their growth ceilings and reach their full potential.
Rick’s extensive background in transformational sales growth strategies, execution and team building has driven needed change in all sizes of organizations. Assisting them in developing the sales team’s individual skills combined with creating winning sales processes focused on consultative and relationship-based selling.

Rick’s philanthropy includes several years participation in events and committees raising awareness and funds to help cure cancer. Most recently Rick trained for several months to become an amateur Olympic boxer and step into the ring for the Fight to End Cancer Vegas style gala event. Rick not only won his bout, he helped to raise over $1Million for this worthy cause.
Rick lives in Toronto. He has two adult sons whom he coached in competitive hockey for many years with them reaching the ranks of University and Jr A levels of competition.
